Hello Sir, I belong to Hyderabad, AP, RR dist. I have filed divorce case last year against my wife and she is planning to accept the same. However, as I am in US currently, can we do the hearing and settlement over the webcam? I heard that this has been done in other places like Chennai. Please let me knw.

yes, it happen in delhi also,,
your wife in hyd will take laptop in court with wirless internet ,, and you come on skype and judge ask you about your consent and pass order on 13b1 and then after 6 month 13b2.
its mutual consent.
