Hi Sir, Till now I didn’t receive divorce summons,shall I go and submit divorce counter petition next hearing ? Please advise.

Well the case mentioned above ,You must be defendant .The case is in inquiry stage ,You should wait till summons ,fair chance would be given for counter petition.
