after 4-5 months separation we both agreed in women police station to join and signed. she told lies there of beating,etc and said policials to write in agreement and it was done. then i stayed 3 days at her home but it was shocking to hear and they were preparing to harrash me. they called some gunda relative to beat me but i escaped. then on phone she clearly forbidden to join and it is recorded. she was talking through police only. then i filled divorce on adultry,desertion, mental and physical cruelty. hearing on 02 novenber plz advice.
