Divorce plus conjugal rights

Divorce u/s 13-1(ia) is granted by the Kalyan Court is filled by Husband. The Conjugal Rights u/s 9 of Hindu Marriage Act 1955 is pending in Pune court . Please Specify the Section or Proceeding under which the case can be stopped as this case was filed by wife. As After Divorce there is no use of Conjugal Rights.

Once divorce is granted then after divorce filing for conjugal rights is useless , submit the divorce decree before the court and request the court to dismiss the case .
