Divorce plus conjugal rights

Divorce u/s 13-1(ia) is granted by the Kalyan Court is filled by Husband. The Conjugal Rights u/s 9 of Hindu Marriage Act 1955 is pending in Pune court . Please Specify the Section or Proceeding under which the case can be stopped as this case was filed by wife. As After Divorce there is no use of Conjugal Rights.
