Dear Sir,
Since my deserted me and living with her parents for last one year to live with her parents house hence i filed a case in Mumbai court for divorce. Subsequent my wife also file a case of restitution of conjugal right against me in local court (Tamil Nadu) and I also arranged a local lawyer for the same. Due to my friends advice I start checking case status in supreme court side as they might file a petition in court for case transfer. today i saw the pending case status online through the site. However I have't received any summon/petition from court. could you please give advice in this regard. what should I do in such scenario.
