Divorce on mutual

Hi, We have filed the case for divorce on mutual consent and both the parties appeared in court while submitting the application for divorce. After the first apperance the opponent is not coming to court and this is the 3rd time we got vayla. We are not sure whether they will come for the next time , still no settlement was done. It is almost more than year after filing the case. So i would like to know how to proceed with this case.

1. Whether this case will be cancelled by judge if opponent doesnot comes this time or what will happen ?

2. What steps i need to take now , if the case is cancelled to get the divorce.

Your inputs will be very much helpful to get a better direction to my family. So kindly advice.

Thanks, Vijay.

if other party is not attending the court hearing it means she is not interesting in mcd , the judge will dismiss the case , 2. file contested divorce and fight it on its merit .
