I am kumar. Marriage took place 2011 and soon after the marriage we had differences of opinion due to various reasons. Majorly, she never liked and accepted my family. Moreover since she worked in a BPO she had the metabolism problem, moreover her she was afraid of marital relationship also and started avoiding household work which created nuisance in the family. She was very eccentric and tries for suicide if we ask her to do household work, she often talks to her father and her father supports her eccentric behaviour and throwing wild allegations against me that due to my non –interest in family life she is very eccentric.
Daily quarrel was routine. I suggested that we can be separated for 3 months; she agreed and left her parents home. After 3 months both of our well wishers came and sorted the issue and advised on life and its seriousness.
Then we started living together, we planned for child birth and the test was going on.
Suddenly there was a quarrel between us for a trivial issue and it went to extreme, as a result we stopped talking each other. meanwhile one of my test result showed 25% motility in my sperm count,she started wild allegations against me and told that due to my masturbation habit my count is less. Actually i have to take 2 tests but she never listened anything and started allegating. In the 2nd test it showed 45% motility and i have not shown her.
Since because of her cruelty i avoided her all the times and she got annoyed .I wanted to stop this issue so i requested my father in law to come and meet and advice her daughter to keep peace in the family, but he came and humiliated me and my family and went with her daughter to the police station and gave a petition of dowry harassment and states i am impotent.
They also not allowed me to my rented house and compelled the sub-inspector that i should not enter the house, since the trial went for 2 months i suffered without any proper household things and suffered and suffered mental agony and tension due to this pressurised situation.
But since i already intimated the commissioner thru my advocate regarding intimidation of false cases and gave a counter complaint, the inspector refused to register FIR on dowry harassment and arranged for counselling and psychiatric treatment, during the counselling also she throwed wild allegations on my potentiality and she refused to come to a psychiatrist.
Incidentally my father in law had a quarrel with my house owner and the house owner filed a case to vacate them and they vacated yesterday.
Now i don’t know what is the is disposal.
My queries are:
1.How much time does this type of proceeding take , usually?
2.Shall i send a divorce notice to her immediately?
3.Shall i also send a defamation case against her?
Please advice.
