Divorce Laws

Is the legal notice sent by a lawyer for divorce, valid in the court of law? Till what extent does that work? How to proceed in divorce related cases? kindly help.

Hello,

A divorce notice issued by an advocate is a legal notice. After receiving the divorce notice you have to reply the same through an advocate.
