Divorce from parents

Is there any way to get divorce from my parents ??

Do not think me otherway.. I got married 1yr back.. that lady filed false cases against me and my family (though they are not staying with me...)

I just want to know is there any provision ...

There is no such provision Ajay.. In such circumstances thinking to cut off all the ties from the parents in order to save them from cases is not a good idea. On the contrary you'll need moral support and strength from them. And a strong bond and understanding among all the family members will be helpful to face and fight adverse situations. If they are not staying with you, this thing can be brought on record.

you may get an afidavit signed in this respect....may be....im nt sure..

Divorce can be obtained from the Court of Law and parties to the Divorce must definately be Husband and wife and not parents
