Divorce from His wife

Dear advisors,

From the past 2 1/2 years to till now they both havn't in love and affection & Sex, they are living like a Machines.  How can they live together in future, She spoiled both of lives with cruel mentality .   Is there any way to get the divorce from his wife. Pelase help me in this regard.

Is he transfer the case from one district to another in same state (In Andhra Pradesh). Please help me in this regard 

An unbiased advise to the other women in this brief -


1. she (the present spouse) is "sadist" nothing else and the husband who can afford 25 L should move out of the matrimonial home, create a new identity and live a decent life with another women whom he is seeing from last 5 years. Period. End of all testing advises for the other spouse here.


2. she (the present wife) is sadist because she is first of all not gaining anything out of this dead relationship and anyhow her financial hardship is being justifiably taken care by him with offer of 25 L so what "more she wants" other than sadistic pleasure of treating him like a 'toy' just because existing Law does not give the man "grounds for divorce" !!!!!. 


3. happy or sad is now the pleasure grading of sadist spouse (wife)  issues in presented brief's for which she can only answer that also to herself and it is not the other women in this man's life issues. 


4. the more one goes by Marriage laws the same law pinches you in the most unexpected sweetest places all the time, so apply principal of giving you self justice when law is not giving you that rights speedily with a clear consious and march ahead......


5. I would suggest to this husband to put that 25 L in a FD in present spouse name even if this matter reaches SC one day what more SC will pay to this 'errant' present spouse other than 25 L which is what Neelu Kohli got in Navin Kohli Vs. Neelu Kohli the earliest IrBM divorce case from SC :-)
