Iam a muslim Women, I gave khula in my Jammath and got their approval. Now we have been separated for 2 years. I Have to renew my passport and also want to remove ex husbands name for it. Whn i gave the Jamath letter in the passport office, they said that they need a divorce deed. Can you please help to know about divorce deed. How and where to get that.

wife can use are khula and judicial divorce (including option of puberty). These both have to be sought through the Family Courts at your residential area jurisdiction.
