Divorce decree from bangalore courts

Hi All,

I am not in India currently.

I got divorced by both parties signing on a stamp paper through a lawyer (muslim divorce case)

I left for abroad and my ex sent a summon through the courts for divorce decree from the courts.

Since I was out of the country and the summon said it will be awarded ex-parte, my ex got the decree after 6 months.

Is it possible for me to hire someone to get the copy from the courts without me being present ?

I cannot travel anytime soon. I am not in talking terms with my ex so that wouldn't help.

Thank you.

This is dissolution of marriage through Khula/ Mubaraat. Decree of the court is only to court stamp on mutual consent divorce.
