My wife filed false criminal cases and divorce simulaneously and blackmailed for money. I didnot bent.High court stayed criminal cases and I contested divorce case. Divorce case was filed in May 2012 and after paper notification when expartee divorce was granted I filed counter petition in divorce case. She is living in USA and not attending for court adjournments except one or two times. The process of examining her is not started yet.As there is no positive signals from her for rejoining I decided to give divorce to her irrespective of criminal cases.but she is not coming for adjournments from USA. so what can I do get quick divorce in 1 or 2 adjournments?I already informed and given letter to my lawyer that i want to withdraw divorce contest petition. but they are telling that until and unless she attend court we can not proceed and they are also telling that judge can quash her divorce petition if she didnot attend court. In that case how can i get quick divorce?
