Divorce clause

Hello,

My cousin is filing for divorce from her husband. I wanted to know if these conditions can be added as a clause in the divorce case like

1: no exchange of jewellery as her inlaws are demanding exchange of jewellery which we dont think is appropriate.

2: No transaction of money. Her inlaws are demanding money which they say they spent on her stay.

3: No damages on her part . Her inlaws are demanding money for food she consumed during her stay in their house.

Also what other clauses do we need to add so as her inlaws and husband don't trouble us in fututre or file some case in the court demanding money.

I am amazed that such things are being asked for, I think your sister's in laws are not aware of the fact that the entire legal machinery is stacked up in favour of your cousin. Make them write such clauses it only reflects their mentality and behaviour, infact you should also know that even if your sister gives up all her rights in that agreement, the same wont bound her down and she can still claim maintenance/alimony etc.
