Divorce case - under section 13(1)

Hi ,

I have applied for a divorce case in June 2015 Taminadu. My First hearing date is 27-July-2015 , If this date will be a enquiry session , or just formalities(Vaitha) for next hearing.

We are not going for mutual divorce. So how long will take to enquire and give judgment .

Assuming that you are the husband; my advice is sit back and relax. Retaliation will follow soon with few legal nuclear war heads, such as 498a, 406, 294b, 506 etc..... Don't be rush, get ready for a long battle. Good luck.
