Husband filed a divorce case in Tambaram..After 3 months, Wife filled a petition in Madurai High court to transfer the divorce case to Dindigul..Currently the status of the case is "Pending in high court in Madurai" for the past 6 month. Also husband did not oppose the transfer.
What is the reason for the pending in the Madurai high court for the past 6 month?
Since the divorce case filed in Chennai.. Transfer petition should be file only in Chennai high court or Madurai high court as well?
Please advise..
