Divorce case on hold for a year

Hi all,

I need your advise on following query:

1. Wife taking back false 498A by answering like '498A was filed in rush of blood without considering the real facts'.

2. Divorce case is in 'Argument' stage - results could come out in maximum one month in my favour - I filed for divorce on ground of cruelty and false 498A was one of the reasons. Can I request judge to hold the case in ARGUMENT state as I want to give her another chance to improve herself?

why do u want to give her a chance to file 498a next time cold bloodedly ?

See, If u think ur divorce case will resume from this stage where u plan to leave/suspend it, U R WRONG. Whenever u state in court that Ihave decided to cohabit with her, remember u have condoned her cruelty in the eyes of law.

So decide what u want, if u have decided to live with her despite failed 498a, then go ahead n forget about divorce case, otherwise fight it out.

U can not swim in opposite directions simultaneously.
