I'm looking for some advice related my family Case
My wife lodge a divorce case on our 1st hearing
She said to judge that she will come with as my choice because I was not willing to divorce her
But on 2nd hearing she said she need fasate as Muslim from religion so judge give next date
My question is that my advocate tell my mother they will file a harressment case on after this to get some money because I was planning to take vacation is there will be any problem in my travelling going and coming back please advise me sir with any soulition thank you
certainly you will be harrassed badly .Stay away till the mater cools.
