As per islamic rule i have given kula(divorce) to my husband with all mahr settlement. but he is accepting it and says that it is not legally acceptable. when approached Qasi , he also asks for the husbands consent letter which he will not give. Is there any way that i can get a divorce from him in a easy way without long time process as in other court cases.

Dear Querist
there is no other option except court procedure to get divorce from husband. try to settle the matter amicable will be better for both the parties.
