Hi!
I got my marriage registered based on my nikahnama. After 5 years of my marriage and having a baby girl, our marriage could not sustain and we got divorced. I now want to remarry. So now do I have to take a divorce first? What will be the process in case a divorce is required.

You must get divorce from the court. Not as you like.
