Divorce & rcr

Hi,

My wife has filed for a divorce in Kerala Family Court. We have been living separately for the last 3 years due to constant interference from her parents.

I live in Bangalore. Can I raise a Restitution of Conjugal Rights[RCR] in Bangalore Family Court now?

I fear if I raise a RCR, Can she raise a 498 against me & my family?

What for you want to file rcr.even if u get rcr in ur favour its not enforceable by any court which means if ur wife is not willing to join u she can do so for a year and no court can compel her amd in the above circumstance gets qualified for divorce automatically.she may retaliate with 498a or dv.
