Divorce

my friend since thinking of divorce from his cruel wife who tortured him physically & mentally.......purchased a property in his trusted friend's name since during divorce he may lost his property .......now he is staying separately from the time his wife created public scene & beat him brutally in his office by her relatives....she left the husband's house but again she returned a few months ago & he stayed in lodge.....the house is in the name of his mother & elder brother again she claim her rights over it & other new property....he has only his office in his name...

If any body comes and attack, usually give to police complaint. Has he given police complaint ?

She came with their relatives and brutelly beats your friend in his office. Had your friend made any police report against them , if yes then what is The progress of that report pl. give details , if not made any complaint then also givte details why he not made any police report against them ?

no..he didnt complain & now it has been long story....i suggested him during that time but he thought of family reputation & such others.....now both he & his family are tortured so much by her & her relatives but still he & his family is mummed..... ...he wants MCD so waiting if his cruel wife could give him when.....as divorce is a long race....he is seperately living from the past 3 years....

1.Tell your freind that mummed people are either fixed on the wall or seen in the dumb and mute movies of 1930-1950.

2.Until or unless he won't take his own safeguard nobody is going to help him or suggest him.

3. No suggestions and help works for mute and dumb persons who are simply absconding from the problems and neither facing it nor even thinking of revolt.
