sir, my friend wants divorce from her husband, her husband is giving mental torture and bighting at the time of intercourse. she wants divorce immediately in action or live separately, she has two children one is 13 years and other is 7 years old. her husband is not accepting to give divorce, she want to torture her daily by mentally. what shall she do, she is planning to suicide, i stopped her from suicide. please guide me very urgent and serious matter of life.

Tell her to file a complaint before the concerned police station, copy to the higher authority. file a DV petition before the family court together with the Maintenance. Being she got grown up chidren it would be a good witness to prove the case.
