what all sections other than under the HMA be attracted to file for a divorce in accordance with S.13 of the act? what iyher laws can be attracted to get a divorce from the wife under cruelty which includes mental cruelty? are there any judgments which my be used to prove cruelty whichbis caused by the wife upon the husband and his family?
