Sir, Kindly advice me. My wife filed false FIR against me n my parents, DV Case, Crpc -125 Maintenance. As she is highly qualified and doing central Govt Job and I m in state Govt.we both are earning nearly equal amount. she is demanding 10lakh of Permanent alimony. she is staying with her parents since more than 1 years leaving my place. Kindly suggest me. is there any rule to give her permanent alimony and maintenance?
