Divorce

Hi my name is saurabh and i got to a girl 2 years back but soon after marriage she started her true side and always fight with me on small issues. We have baby now of 1 year since then she is living with her parents. Now she dont want to return back. My question is i have 2 bhk flat on my name and i am paying emi for it. She wants divorce but didnt turn up in front and drilling me daily so that i take first step. She is graduate and working in an mnc now she left the job. If i take divorce how much do i would have to loose.
