My daughter got married in 2011. But till date there is no physical relation between girl and boy. All these years, we are trying to sort out the issue amicably. We are persuading the boy to see the doctor to find out the problem with him, as he is unable to perform physical relation with wife. But he is not cooperating and passing time.
During the marriage boy father cheated us giving wrong date of birth, hiding boy is much older than girl.
Boy performed marriage with my daughter, even though he is not fit for marital relation.
Finally we are fed up with him and want to proceed for divorce.
How can we proceed in this case for speedy settlement.
