A & B are the sons of C. they gets rights in a house of C after his death by way of succession. House is in possession of A. he wants to renovate his portion in house but his portion in house is not decided yet i.e. right portion or left portion. What are the rights of A against B. how can they settle above matter if both demands right portion of the house? is the B have right for stay orders?

Sir, Come to an understanding both of you. If not possible ask the court to make it partitioned. In the court you have to produce the evidences of pocession since long time.
