Collect the proof of his second marriage and make a written police complaint against him after stating all facts of his previous marriage and also about the court case , take the police with you and atleast two of your relative and caught him red handed , and also inform your lawyer and on the hearing date on the court inform the court accordingly and submit the fir for bigamy against the accused before the court and ask the relief from the court for his cruelty upon her, according to hindu marriage act his second marriage is null and void as he solemnised his second marriage in the life time or without taking divorce from his first wife, file the case u/s 11 of hindu marriage act and get the relief from The court .

before going further

first enquire wheater he married her or live in relationship as now a days this trend is going on with each of them who are facing divorce cases and if ;he really married then try to get evidences to prove that he married second time and then do what above said and also if he is a government employee if you complain about his second marriage then his he will be suspended also

in such situations very care should be taken

documents which prove that they got married like marriage photos, marriage certificate, a document were he show her name as her married partner acceptable by the government authorities and anything related document which show there marriage etc.,

first show it to your lawyer and proceed as when to produce 

at evidence stage you have to produce the same evidence and if your cousin sister husband is a government employee then she has to give a formal letter of his husband bigamy marriage and they will suspend him from service and will take enquriy on the issue

    we shown proof to our lawyer he said to give complaint to police station. but our lawyer said he wont come with us to give compliant . we dont have big support to give compliant . how to approach police now. because we need to arrest him red hand inside house ..police will come with us to arrest him in his home itself a. we are in trouble sir..
