Disturb my family

Dear Sir, i am an NRI i need help to sort out the below problem all ways my family receives telephone call to our land line in the mid night and so often this voice comes Hallo hallo and nothing and cut (this is continuing almost every day ) so please assist me what is correct solution without involving my family in to dispute i need a advice from you. because I am outside India. i am very worried about this incedent Thanks Kind regards Stephen

Dear Stephen

firstly filed a complaint to your Phone operator regarding this matter, secondly if in your landline phone Caller ID facility is avaliable then traced the no. wherefrom the call is coming and send an application to Police regarding this matter with all the factes and circumestances.
