The property would be divided into 1/3 each and the Registrar would obtain no objection from the daughters.

On death intestate, the property would be divided into sons in the ratio of  1/3 each and the Registrar would obtain no objection from the daughters.

The Property will be succeeded by 3 sons and Four-4 Daughters( 7 )  in equal shares .

On the Death of X the successsion is opended ,

I--- it is for the Duathers to claim or not to claim , if they are not claiming , they have to relinquish there share in favour of Sons by executiong and Registering  Relinquishment Deed in favour of Sons , then the- sons  will become absolute owners of the entire  proerty with equal 1/3rd Sahres

II - The Four - 4 daughters can join in the Sale deeds by Sons to be executed and Registered in the name of proposed purchasers --- or --- they can execute a Rgd GPA in favour of Sons authorising  sons to sell their share also , there by the all the rigths of sons & daughters can be transferred to purchaser

III - The Sub Registrar has no duty to take any - no objection - from Daughters - it is for the puurchaser   to look in to the title and  the rights of  successors of  X -
