Why don't you engage a local advocate who can get the process done for you.

I had given this to one of the lawyer but he is taking too long time and not yet done even a part of it. Further, it's a bit urgent and hence I was asking for the same. Further, it would also help me in getting the grip of the process.

Contact the Office of Charity Commissione, with a resolution passed by the AGM with justification and a covering letter signed by the President/Chairman and Permanent Trustee/s. The Office of the Charity Commissioner will depute an officer to go in to the merit and submit the report accordingly. Thereafter, the procedure for closer will start. It will be better to contact the Charity Commissione before hand.

But I would like to mention here that the trust I am talking about is a Private Family trust created for a Minor. It's not a charitable trust.

I want to dissolve the Private family trust.
