Disputed property plz help urgently

We had a property in the name of grand grand father. The same got transferred to my grand father by mother.there is no written document as per my knowledge. However there was a dispute on the property between my grand father brother's son and my father. Meanwhile my father died and we approached gram panchayat. Gram panchayat including my Tauji (real uncle) was member of panchayat.they ordered property in my mother name. The same was registered on A4 sheet duly attested by 05 member of gram panchayat including Tauji. Meanwhile the property is registered in my mother name at nagar gram panchayat office. Now my Tauji uncle is disputing for the share in this property. Does he have legal right to do so. What should I do
