I'm a daughter of a farmer, my father is the elder one and he has two younger brothers and six sisters all are married. My grandfather died 2009 and my bade uncle served the false will in the court which says his father gifted him a share of 1/9 in all his property and where he built the house it is 8 bigas land, it's for him only. He put sisters name as well that they also have equal share in property. He provided false evidences and won the case because my father was not in a condition to invest money on that case. Uncle is no more, expired 3 years back. His wife is so clever working in secretariat office, has good contacts. Now as we grown up I'd like to know if this case can be raise and what we can do to get this land at lease iv we can remove sisters name from this land.
