I have booked a flat on pre-launch property in partnershiping with my father-in-law but due to some legal reason that property construction not get started for 4 year and last year builder started the construction.
Builder told us that he will complete the aggrement process in some time but now i have learnt that my Father-in-law has registed that property on his name and asked builder to return my money as it is (no interest).
me & my Father -in-law has made initial 12% and 30% contribution respectivily.
Please suggest what kind of action i can take on both parties, i have onlt cheque payment to builderas evidence.
