Dismissal of civil case under pecuniary jurisdiction

 

is it possible to dismiss the case under  pecuniary jurisdiction in high court
are there any exampls of same in high court of delhi

is it possible to apply for dismissal under Order 7, Rule 11 of the CPC

I dont know the jurisdiction of delhi high court. But if the claim is less which gives jurisdiction to a lower court, then it can rejected. Not dismissedi.
