I m going through trial in 498 n DV ,also resently filed 125. Have one child n I m govt employee. Can I file application for dissmisssal of DV ,125 as no evidence of violence yet produced.In which court it will be filed.I m paying maint,how I can avoid it as I have neither desrted nor committed cruelty, plz guide sr
