Hello Sir/Madam,
My name is Sahil Patidar.
I am using 'Patidar' surname right from chilhood and it is mentioned in all my marksheet and bank documents.
The problem is that surname of my father is not 'Patidar'. I mean he uses 'Agarwal' as surname.
I want to know :
1) Will it create any problem in future to prove that I am his Son.??
2) What is the remedy for this??

No, it will not create problem in proving your parentage if you have birth certificate of yours mentioning name of your father or school certificates mentioning name of your father.

But on showing Birth Certificate if somebody is stil not satisfied than do i need to take a afidavite in court.
