Difference under Crpc

What is the difference between a closure report of a criminal case issued by the the Chief Judicial Magistrate and Acquital.
Does a closure report by CJM amount to Acquital.

1. Acquittal or Conviction can be pronounced ONLY AFTER Trial Proceedings in Court.

2. Any Type of Police Closure Report is NOT conclusive and can be re-opened by following due procedures of law.
