Please let me know if the conveyance deed, once approved and signed by the Competent Authority of the Development Authority such as HUDA, GMADA, DDA , be rejected by the office of Registrar / Sub-registrar???

If yes, under what circumstances???

Whose Authority is all-pervasive???
