Property -- grandfather

Hi All,

My father earned a property , by mistake he had registered in his fathers name ie My Grand father.

Now both my grandfather and father expired. We have all the house tax documents for 30 years of this house ration card. Now My Uncle ( fathers brother ) is asking for property share even after knowing that , it was earned by my father.

IS there anyway to register this property in my name or my mothers name using the tax bills and ration card
