Credit card settlement issue

Hi,

Here by seeking the rules details and solution, when payment made to credit card. Due to statment delay, payment made to credit card got delayed. Hence service charges/interest/latepayment fee have added. Requested the bank to waive this charges.but they have not done the same. When i paid the next month bill, i have paid the purchase which has been made, except the interest and charges. So, kindly let know this payment applicable to principle(the purchase which have done) amount or will it adjusted to the previous interest and other charges? please help on with the RBI guide line.

Thanks!

.

Normally while apply the card you given declaration stating that bear all norms and rules related to delay payment. Even the statement came late or not, but your duty to pay Ur liabilities according the norms.  Mostly the bankers are accepted to waiver of the delaying payment charges and interest; you write a letter to grievance cell stating your credential and track record of your repayment schedule. Sure they obey
