Bussiness issue

A unknown person who tells he is an officer and do not give any proof

And if I am a medical shop owner he blaim me that I am selling banned product and he was asking money.

What is action can i take against him

Can i lodge FIR ? If yes tell me section there I can lodge. FIR agai st him.

which section is define this type of offence.
