Hi,

firstly , you have to remove the defect of your 1st  CA application  by moving an application to Copying Incharge with intend to deposit fee disclose reason why earlier not paid. They will consider and give another date for Certified copy.

     Or

Second, although you have no need to file  2nd CA application which  was rejected due to non absence of Vakalatnama . If you can get another Vakalatnam nama easily then file with this 2nd CA application and they will provide next date for certified copy.

Thanks

Thank you very much  mam for your reply

My client stays far away from court  . to file another vakalat , she need to sign in it . It would take time for her to come here.

so are there any other remidies available to me . If I speak to  copying incharge  will my 1st CA application be passed again?

Thank you .

CA must have called you to remove the objection, if any.

Yes , I have already written ho before Copying Incharge with application to remove the defect i.e. you want to pay less fee . Then allow as per rule .

When you're at fault you cannot insist on th court staff to accept your defective application as it is or by rectifying the same

The procedure is to file a CA with fresh vakaltnama(if you have the vakalatnama for the previous CA) you can attach that itself to the fresh CA and can request for certified copies by complying with the requirements accordingly
