Dear Queriest,

According to the Anti Pollution Act, you have the right to protect you house and locality from the hazardous effects of pollution and you can file a formal complaint against the impeders for carrying out such activities near you residence. The local pollution control board shall be good enough for you take your case to.

Dear Querist

You may file a complaint to police for lodging FIR u/s 269 and 278 IPC against the person for throwing garbage and polluting the vicinity.

In addition you may also file a complaint to Local Municipality pertaining to the above matter.
