is it mandatory to file affidavit while presenting an application u/o 8, Rule 1A (3) to add additional documents ?
if it has been missed while presenting the application, then is it possible to produce the affidavit on the day of argument of the application?

An affidavit will be filed when leave will be sought from the Court for presenting additional documents.
