Are district courts in Delhi open for litigants to attend hearing of cases physically or by video conferencing only?
Dear Sir,
The Courts are functional both in physical hearing and video conferencing basis based on the prescribed schedule. The cause list of the respective Court / Bench provides for the method of the hearing that would take place on the following day.
