Court Marriage

if i do a marriage with my gf 22+ in simple Temple.Not a Arya samaj Temple,because Arya samaj temple is close in lockdown.So tell me my gf family can kidnappenig case on me,if i give marriage photo and video proof for marriage time,and my gf spot my side than what is the matter will be create, plzz tell me????

What is the age of girl ?

Whether you want to solemanize marriage as per Hindu rituals and conventions ?

Whether such marriage fall under prohibitory relation / spindas ?

Marriage cannot be declared illegal or invalid just because of the fact that it has happened in the temple. Section 7 of this law, named Hindu Marriage Act 1955, states that only one fact is necessary for marriage. According to this, there should be saptapadi.
