a farmer is being mentally tortured by the Mukhiya of his village for the capture of his personal land for drainage system,.
the farmer has all the necessary documents but the Mukhiya is not ready to listen to him.
What legal remedies are available in such cases?

what if he takes the plea that the farmer needs to give his land coz the drainage system is fr public good.?

First, u know who has decided this? Any authority give you any notice for this? If, No u complain opp. Mukhiya in liable Authority.
