Is notary valid across Indian courts, if I did in Bangalore?

I have notarized affidavit saying I will not file any civil or criminal case Does this can be produced in any other court in other city as a proof by other party if I file a case even though I have given affidavit saying I will not file a case other party has the doubt.

the person is known to me. I lost his cheque. so I made a affidavit and gave him that I will not proceed to file any cases. I have other documents like promissory note other cheque. affidavit has been given on the specific cheque only by mentioning cheque number.
